First Come First Serve is the basic rule for the allotment of the sites. Separate rules will be framed for allot corner and facing sites.
Maintenance:
Society will form an association of site owners after completion of the registration and it is upon decided by the association about the maintenance of the layout.
Legal issues after Registration:
Any legal issues or disputes arise after allotment and registration of the sites, the society will resolve such disputes. Both society and developers are jointly liable for resolving the problems. If in case members lost their sites because of such disputes, the society is liable to substitute the same.
