The founders of the society in 1987 are Dr. G Ramaiah, Mr. B Naganna, Dr. L Lingaiah, Mr. K. M. Mahadevaiah and others.

Objectives of the society:
To acquire and develop lands for the purpose of allot sites and construct house for the benefit of its members and associate members.
Associated Membership: Any Indian citizens above age of 18, other than employees of the Health and family welfare department Government of Karnataka can become associate members. They can't participate in the General body meetings and can enjoy any benefits offered by the society. But associated can't become office bearers of the society.
