Process:
- Buyer needs to obtain Membership of the Society by paying Rs. 1200 and 30% of total amount in favour of "HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE'S HOUSE BUILDING CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD." either by cheque and demand draft.
- Two separate application forms need to be filled for obtaining membership and purchase of site.

- Customer will receive login id and password which he /she can use to log in to the web portal of department and can find the details of his payment structure.
- The society would send periodic payment reminders as per the Payment Schedule.
- After the Development process reaches a stage of completion, the society would send allotment letter to buyers who have complied with their payments.
- The society will call for registration of Sites after approval process from the authorized department.
